Technical Sales Representative in Quebec
to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of pumps and fluid handling equipment, excellent sales skills, can select a pump and make capable of making technical decision and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Quebec province, focusing on industrial pump solutions.
Establish and maintain professional business relations with existing and new customers.
Prospect, generate, and qualify sales opportunities and leads; provide recommendations.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, understanding their specific requirements.
Visit customers to review products and applications, evaluate and recommend custom pump solutions to suit individual customer needs.
Conduct sales calls/meetings with new and existing customers; follow up on prior orders/ongoing applications, and close orders.
Provide top quality field technical sales support to customers for pump products and pump systems.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to customer needs.
CRM management: report on sales activities (customer visits, important phone calls, etc.); create, submit, track, and update statuses of all proposals and quotations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
Provide technical support and advice to clients both before and after the sale.
Attend site visits to support customers with onsite needs.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.
Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Represent the Company in tradeshows.
Work towards fulfillment of professional development goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year proven experience in sales and technical support of pumps and fluid handling equipment.
Excellent knowledge of different types of pumps and their applications.
Strong technical and commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must reside in the Greater Montreal Area.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the province.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Fully bilingual (French and English).
Work environment:
Work remotely from either your vehicle or your home office
Energetic and fast-moving setting within a highly competitive industry.
Regular interaction with customers and internal teams through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings and customer visits.
Frequent exposure to tight deadlines, shifting priorities, multitasking, and occasional interruptions.
Local travel to customer locations required 60-70% of the time.
Occasional overnight and long-distance travel to customer sites (approximately 10%).
Must occasionally be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary: as per manufacturing market standard, based on experience and qualifications (base salary + commission). Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

Responsabilites principales :
Identifier et developper de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires au Quebec, axees sur les solutions de pompage industriel
Etablir et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les clients existants et potentiels
Prospecter, generer et qualifier des opportunites commerciales et des leads, puis formuler des recommandations adaptees
Realiser des presentations techniques et des demonstrations de produits en fonction des besoins specifiques des clients
Effectuer des visites clients pour examiner les applications et recommander des solutions personnalisees
Organiser des appels et reunions de vente, assurer le suivi des commandes et conclure des ventes
Fournir un support technico-commercial de qualite sur le terrain pour les produits et systemes de pompage
Preparer des propositions techniques et commerciales detaillees
Gerer les activites dans le CRM?: suivi des propositions, devis et rapports de visites
Developper et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes
Fournir un support technique avant et apres-vente
Participer a des visites de sites pour repondre aux besoins des clients
Collaborer avec l'equipe interne pour assurer la livraison rapide des solutions
Rediger et soumettre des rapports de ventes, previsions et analyses de marche
Representer l'entreprise lors de salons professionnels
Travailler a l'atteinte d'objectifs de developpement professionnel
Exigences :
Minimum 1 an d'experience confirmee en vente et support technique de pompes ou equipements de transfert de fluides
Excellente connaissance des differents types de pompes et de leurs applications
Solide sens technique et commercial, oriente client
Autonomie, motivation et excellentes competences en communication et presentation
Resider dans la grande region de Montreal
Vehicule personnel.
Permis de conduire valide et disponibilite pour voyager dans la province
Diplome ou formation en genie mecanique ou domaine connexe (atout)
