We are seeking two experienced Technical Sales Representatives to support continued growth across Canada. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales of capital equipment solutions within an industrial client base, with a primary focus on Ontario and additional coverage across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Quebec.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing incoming leads, and working closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored technical solutions. This is a hands-on, consultative sales role within a small, entrepreneurial, EOS-driven organization that values initiative, accountability, and results.
What We're Looking For
5-7 years of experience in industrial or technical sales
Proven ability to sell capital equipment or complex technical solutions to industrial clients
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions
Highly motivated, sales-driven, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including customer presentations
Experience managing sales activity and pipelines in a CRM environment
Comfortable working within a small, flexible, entrepreneurial organization
Bachelor's degree in Business or a Marketing diploma (or equivalent experience)
Ability to travel within Canada and to the United States without restriction
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads from the website, material suppliers, and trade shows
Build and develop long-term customer relationships across assigned territories
Visit customer sites to assess and scope technical requirements
Collaborate closely with engineering and operations to develop customized solutions
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within the CRM
Travel regularly throughout Ontario and across Canada as required

Compensation
This role offers a competitive total compensation package ranging from $85,000 to $110,000+ , inclusive of base salary, bonus, commission, and profit sharing. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. Top performers may exceed the stated range.
