About the Role
We're seeking a
Technical Sales Representative
to champion our custom
metal fabrication, welding, and custom pipe projects
. This role is ideal for someone with technical expertise who loves building relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies to showcase and sell our industrial product lines.
Prospect and engage new clients in trucking, rail, marine, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
Work closely with engineering, estimating, and fabrication teams to deliver impeccable service.
Build long-term relationships, understanding each client's needs and tailoring solutions.
Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Monitor competitor activity and stay at the forefront of market and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of technical or industrial B2B sales experience (fabrication/welding/pipe strongly preferred).
Understanding of metal fabrication, piping systems, skid systems, load line containment, and fluid transfer solutions an asset
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A motivated, goal-driven professional with a track record of exceeding targets.
Comfortable with a mix of independent work and collaboration.
Valid Class 5 driver's license; regional travel required.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
Base salary ($70,000-$80,000) plus commission.
On-Target Earnings:
$100,000-$130,000+ for strong performers.
