The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What You'll Be Doing
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding company products and services in real time.
Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored automation remote monitoring solutions.
Prepare accurate quotations and process orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain up-to-date customer information, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.
Provide knowledgeable customer support and assist clients with troubleshooting or system improvements.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications with existing and prospective customers.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
Experience or familiarity with SCADA systems, remote monitoring, industrial automation, or instrumentation (strongly preferred).
Background in the oil and gas sector is an asset.
Proficiency with CRM and sales software tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in electrical, instrumentation, wireless communications, or automation fields.
Commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
