Job Summary: Regional Sales Representative - HVAC Products
Home based: Greater Montreal Area
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join their team, focusing on the promotion and sale of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and components, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B or technical sales. You will serve as the face of their company, working directly with contractors, engineers, and builders to provide product expertise and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts within an assigned geographic region
• Promote and sell HVAC products to contractors, builders, engineers, and other decision-makers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Collaborate with inside sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Qualifications:

• Bilingual with excellent knowledge of residential boiler systems
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in HVAC or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and industry standards
• Excellent relationships with contractors across the Province
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the sales territory
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
