Job Description

Rolmaster Conveyors, a leading Canadian manufacturer of conveyor solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support both pre- and post-sales activities.

Reporting to the Proposals Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What You'll Do

Customer & Sales Support

Respond to client inquiries and provide product/company information Coordinate with accounting, shipping, engineering, and project management to ensure smooth flow of information Support Technical Sales Representatives with quotes, proposals, reports, and project coordination Liaise with suppliers for pricing, technical details, and order instructions
Quoting & Technical Assistance

Review and interpret customer drawings and layouts (AutoCAD or DraftSight 2D) Assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and proposals for conveyor assemblies Work with engineering to manage technical evaluations Track and assess customer change order requests
Post-Sales & Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping, payment, warranty claims, and customer follow-ups Update and maintain CRM and internal databases Contribute to marketing activities and product updates Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

What You Bring

Ability to read and create 2D CAD drawings (AutoCAD or DraftSight) Strong skills in MS Excel and general computer proficiency Mechanical aptitude and experience with assemblies (conveyors an asset) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
