You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creatively source candidates, and help bring the best talent on board during this short-term assignment.

About You
You are a proactive and strategic Technical Recruiter with strong talent acquisition skills and a consultative approach to candidate and hiring manager relationships. You excel at identifying top technical talent, building and nurturing pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You consistently deliver results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and providing an exceptional candidate experience at REV Capital.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering and product teams to understand technical hiring needs and define role requirements.
Source top-tier technical talent using innovative channels, including GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and developer communities.
Build and maintain pipelines of software engineers, data scientists, AI/ML specialists, and other technical roles.
Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews, coding assessments, and reference checks; manage offer and negotiation processes.
Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in the ATS.
Deliver a seamless, professional, and tech-savvy candidate experience.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize technical hiring strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a high-volume tech hiring environment.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, AI/ML specialists, and other technical roles.
Experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, and other tech communities.
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and candidate data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
Ability to deliver a professional and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
