We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship management. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Utilize various sourcing techniques such as social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to attract top talent.
Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo for efficient candidate tracking and management.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
Stay updated on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Support employee orientation and training & development initiatives for new hires.
Participate in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates within the organization.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within HRIS systems such as Workday or Paychex.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical recruiting with a strong understanding of talent management principles.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools, including Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, and other HR software.
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offers and contracts with prospective employees.
Experience in executive recruiting is a plus.
Ability to conduct employee evaluations and manage employee relations effectively.
Research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels.
A proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management within the tech industry.
