Who we need

Our technical teams are expanding, and we are looking for a 12 months contract Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent team. You are passionate about attracting quality talent and driven to shape and execute creative talent acquisition strategies for technical roles.

What you will focus on

  • Full-cycle technical recruitment. You will manage talent acquisition from intake session with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding with the candidate. You will network and source talent proactively, knowing where to find best talent, leveraging multiple attraction sources and platforms.
  • Candidate experience. You are passionate about keeping lasting relationships with best talent and growing your network. You will conduct video interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications, maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback to our candidates.
  • Collaboration. You will build and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers across the organization to understand their needs and support them throughout the recruitment process, providing expert advice and recommending the next steps with candidates.
  • Analysis. You will identify market and pipeline insights to provide strategic advisory to hiring managers, optimize talent strategies to engage the best candidates and ensure efficient talent searches.
  • DEIB championship. You will prioritize engaging and attracting diverse candidate backgrounds to strengthen candidate pools. You will create structured interview guides to support hiring managers, incorporating best practices to mitigate bias.
What you bring:
  • The education and experience. You have a background in Talent Acquisition recruiting for technical roles in a corporate and/or an agency setting. You have expertise in networking, building talent attraction and sourcing strategies, leveraging social media platforms to drive recruitment efforts. You are a passionate DEIB champion who can educate and support hiring managers in recognizing and eliminating bias and barriers in talent acquisition.
  • The interpersonal skills. You have superb communication skills and can build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates. You have highly effective negotiation and influencing skills. Your priority ensuring best candidate experience.
  • The drive. You are flexible, with the ability to respond to changes in the team, the company, and the industry. You are perceptive, proactive and solution-oriented. You take the initiative to seek opportunities to support the growth of the organization through robust talent pipelines, exceptional talent acquisition, and continuous improvement.
