Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee various technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and technical expertise in software development, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery that meets stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget while adhering to established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project specifications. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and TFS for tracking progress and managing tasks. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee release management processes and coordinate with development teams for successful software deployment. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones. Prepare detailed documentation including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Skills

Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, particularly AWS. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMBOK and Agile methodologies (Kanban). Excellent analysis skills for requirements gathering and problem-solving. Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams towards successful outcomes. Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio) and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
