THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Chief Architect, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of the conception, development, and implementation of features for the TechInsights Platform. At TechInsights, youll work with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Engineers, Developers, and Quality Assurance on delivering these features.

You will own facilitating the delivery of features by identifying work dependencies, defining plans to interlock these dependencies, and putting in place processes and communications to provide scale as we grow the Platform and our team.

This role will be based out of our Ottawa office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the execution of feature development

• Work with Product Management and Design to understand feature intent and scope
• Engage with Architecture, Product Management, and Engineering to establish the approach to a feature
• Monitor and facilitate activity on a feature amongst Product Management, Design, Engineering, Development, and Quality Assurance
• Act as the status owner for major features

• Participate in an agile environment that leverages Scrum
• Identify interteam dependencies
• Monitor interteam dependencies, and facilitating collaboration and communication
• Identify and implement necessary processes and communications mechanisms
• Clearly communicate goals and status updates to stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with SaaS products
• Undergraduate degree in a software-related field, or relevant work experience
• Proven success in managing projects from concept to deployment
• Ability to effectively work with clients and internal teams to distill feedback and drive consensus
• High level of comfort presenting in front of groups and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives independently
• Nice to have

• Background in technical product management
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry
• Experience with content products or services
