BIMM is booming, so we're looking for a Technical Project Manager (starting ASAP on a contract basis) to join our team.

WHO YOU ARE

You are passionate about amazing digital experiences, and constantly look to make those experiences better. The role involves engaging with clients to understand and lock scope, creating and managing the overall timeline for the project, proactively tackling issues and risks for unblocking the team and to ensure projects are on track, and communicating project status to management and clients To be successful, you will need excellent communication, and "hands-on" project or product management skills with a get it done attitude, as well as proficiency in motivating others through vision, strategic positioning, and leadership characteristics.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Project/Product Management role within an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of best practices in product management for TDD
  • Working knowledge with coding languages and high level competency
  • Proven ability to build, groom, and deliver on a project road map for a large scale product
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, customers & initiatives under very tight deadlines
  • Ability to write proper user stories including test and acceptance criteria
  • Drive and initiative are evident in your career, and you have been a major contributor to the success of a product launch
  • Proven ability to run agile projects including all required sprint rituals
  • Strong Client relationship experience as you will work side by side with client stakeholders
  • Previous work in Scrum and Agile environments
Nice-to-have:
  • Certified Scrum accreditation
  • PMI certification
  • Programming experience
  • Specific experience in project/product management for the automotive space
