Job Summary

Kovida Consultants is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support a major telecommunications transformation program with a leading Canadian client. The candidate will coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, and vendor teams, ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion. This is a 12-month consulting contract (extendable) with a fixed monthly retainer.

The role starts hands-on and transitions into governance and oversight as the project matures, compensation remains constant across all phases.

What You'll Do

Lead Agile project planning and execution. Coordinate across technical, vendor, and client stakeholders. Manage schedules, risks, and release activities. Support testing (UAT/SIT) and documentation. Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and NIST standards.

What You Bring

5+ years of technical or delivery project management experience. Experience with SAFe Agile or Scrum. Background in telecom, networking, or satellite systems preferred. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud deployments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
