Technical Project management Coordinate with cross functional teams on Bug Fix-es Defect Resolution Implementing small changes, UI tweaks, or new API endpoints without signif-icant architectural modifications. Work with cross functional teams on Security Patches Vulnerabil-ity Fixes Addressing security vulnerabilities by applying patches, updating dependencies, or making minor security-related modifications. Coordinate on Log Enhancements Monitoring Improvements Track logging, tracing, or observability features to aid debugging and monitoring. Drive for Configu-ration Deployment Support Managing environment-specific configurations, updating CICD pipe-lines, or troubleshooting deployment-related issues. Code Refactoring Cleanup Lead efforts for Improving code maintainability, removing technical debt, and refactoring small components. Core Skills The project program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific pro-ject tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typical-ly from initiation through delivery. Develop and implement program plans and budgets. Coordi-nate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide strategic guidance to project managers. Lead the program management office for the partner across all aspects of the partnership including merchant and strategic initiatives Establish program plan for each initiative including tracking of key milestones, risks, dependencies, etc. Track and update cross functional tasks across product, engineering, sales, marketing, etc. Act as liaison between various internal PayPal teams, including liaising between sales and product engineering teams to understand product requirements and impact to business sales Key member interacting with external partners on PMO topics Creation of materials for steering committees and executive meetings Expected Qualifications Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Domain experience from Security patching compliance Working knowledge on Cloud containerization, CICD methodology and understanding on native tools and technologies
