Roles and Responsibilities





As the Technical Product Manager, you will guide the development of our HydroAI product, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities. You will serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, fulfilling core responsibilities within the SCRUM framework.

Key Responsibilities





Managing and Prioritizing the Product Backlog


Define and prioritize software development activities based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap, ensuring visibility and alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and report on development progress, feature updates, product issues, and customer feedback to inform decision-making

Translating Product Strategy into Development Tasks


Collaborate with development teams to create and refine user stories that reflect strategic product goals and customer requirements. Participate in product design sessions to define scope, functionality, and deliverables for new software features and enhancements. Act as the Product Management representative in SCRUM ceremonies, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and customer-facing teams.


Understanding the Market and Customer Needs


Engage with customers, field teams, and internal subject matter experts to gather insights that shape product features and priorities. Analyze competitive intelligence and stakeholder feedback to inform product strategy and backlog prioritization. Represent the company at scientific conferences, customer meetings, and field sites to deepen market understanding and build relationships.


Serving as a Liaison Between Product and Development


Provide strategic guidance to development teams to ensure alignment with product vision and customer expectations. Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to support efficient and effective development. Advocate for user-centric design and functionality throughout the software development lifecycle.



What We're Looking For






Education





Bachelor's degree with preference given to Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.

Experience




Relevant experience in product management in a technology field Experience working with technical products and technical teams Experience working with technical products and technical teams Demonstrated experience in bringing technology products to market in a competitive, fast-paced environment Demonstrated success defining, launching and managing products throughout the lifecycle Highly collaborative team player with the skill sets required to influence, gain buy-in and evoke action in a cross functional team environment Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders and communicating across a wide range of technical levels Ability to work and communicate effectively at strategic and operational levels Ability to pick up new technologies quickly Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and a keen business sense Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong focus on the customer experience Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic and high-performance environment Self-motivated with a keen interest in skills development and personal growth Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems Highly motivated to continuously improve products/processes and able to think out of box Ability to travel to our Domestic and International related events (US and Europe) is required
