We design, build, sell, and support high-quality products and services through a network of Dealers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across North America and parts of Central, and South America. We are a technology company focused on creating lasting value for our customers with reliable, accurate, and industry-leading solutions for hazardous and non-hazardous applications.

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager who will bridge market needs and engineering execution across our hardware, firmware, and software offerings. The ideal candidate combines strategic product thinking with deep technical understanding and excels at translating customer and market requirements into actionable engineering plans. This role also incorporates Scrum Master responsibilities--helping teams plan, execute, and continuously improve through agile practices that ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement. Maintain transparency into sprint progress, risks, and blockers--supporting team productivity and accountability. Partner with Engineering leads to balance workloads, resolve impediments, and keep development aligned with priorities. Track project hygiene metrics (velocity, burndown, spend vs. completion) and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Readiness

Drive readiness for product launches across HW, FW, and SW, ensuring on-time, coordinated delivery. Support Sales, Marketing, and Support teams with technical insights and launch materials.
Technical Understanding & Issue Resolution

Maintain deep technical knowledge of the product stack--architecture, dependencies, and integrations. Lead triage and resolution of technical product issues to minimize downtime and customer impact. Own how our products work--architecture, integration points, dependencies, and configuration details. Serve as the Source of Truth for all technical product knowledge, ensuring consistent, accurate information across teams.
Compatibility & Integration Management

Manage HW/FW/SW compatibility matrices to ensure seamless integration and no surprises at release. Coordinate with Engineering to validate interoperability and performance across configurations.
Documentation

Collaborate effectively with Market Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and delivery. Own how the product works--its architecture, feasibility, and technical dependencies--serving as the go-to product expert across the organization.
