Compensation:

$122,600 - $188,400 base + up to 12% bonus, full benefits, pension, 25 vacation/comp days

What You'll Do

Reporting to the VP Product Management, you will:

Lead cross-functional product teams across the full development journey, from ideation through execution. Define and communicate an ambitious

product vision

that aligns with strategic business objectives. Own the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring delivery of measurable business value. Engage with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical experts to refine requirements and ensure alignment. Champion Agile practices, modern delivery methods, and iterative improvements across the product lifecycle. Drive execution in complex environments--removing barriers, navigating organizational red tape, and keeping teams focused on results. Manage a team of direct reports, including performance management and leadership development. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and high-quality delivery.
What You Bring

Director-level experience

in technology product management or equivalent senior leadership role. Engineering or technical background to provide sound oversight and decision-making. Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams; 3+ years in product/development roles. Strong track record in

Agile development environments

, including backlog management and user story refinement. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business and IT. Resilient, solutions-oriented mindset: able to pivot with changing government directives, focus on results, and inspire teams to deliver. Vendor management expertise, including accountability, contracts, and performance oversight. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
