We specialize in ISO 17025-accredited calibration services and offer technical solutions for electrical and electronic test equipment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for detail-oriented and technology-savvy team members who can help support technical operations, streamline internal workflows, and contribute across departments.

Role Description:



The Technical Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations across multiple areas of the business including eBay purchases, workflow tracking, vendor coordination, technical customer support, and internal process optimization. This role requires someone who is highly organized, forward-thinking, and comfortable with technology. You'll work closely with leadership to implement tools and systems that improve productivity, accuracy, and visibility. This is a dynamic and evolving role with strong exposure to sales, technical services, and back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with procurement and sourcing of equipment, including support for used equipment purchases and vendor communication. Track and support calibration and repair workflows, ensuring timelines and quality are met. Coordinate information across departments including sales, service, and administration to support smooth daily operations. Support the development and implementation of internal tracking tools and automation systems (e.g., data dashboards, AI tools, technical documentation). Prepare documentation and assist with training materials related to workflow, processes, or onboarding. Help identify opportunities for process improvements or efficiency gains. Provide light technical support and product research as needed to support customers or internal projects. Shadow technical team members and assist with follow-up, documentation, and project planning. Assist with administrative duties such as record keeping, shipping coordination, or CRM updates as required.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong interest in technical systems, business operations, and process improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to analyze and optimize workflow or documentation. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems; willingness to learn new software and digital tools. Proactive and resourceful; comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
