About the role
As ATB's next Technical Operations Analyst (TOC)
, you will utilize your education, experience and skills in information technology to support ATB's Client Technology Enablement Operations team. This position will coordinate technical environment support and monitoring of the ATB environment. In addition, the position supports batch processing, SAP Transport support, file transfers, job scheduling/administration, setup, configuration, alerts and monitoring issues related to the Run My Jobs & SAP environment.
In this position, we require flexibility to perform
shift work, after hours, evenings, overnight, and weekend support in a 365/24/7 environment, on a rotational basis.
Accountabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting of a complex SAP environment, including EOD/EOM batch processing and SAP Transport Management.
Resolves technical issues and records transactions via ticketing software
Interact with stakeholders within ATB to ensure required support and coordination are performed.
Work with relevant teams to alert, diagnose and perform preventative action, and correct issues identified during system monitoring.
Perform job scheduling, batch processing and SAP system technical monitoring.
Follow, support and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Provide Tier-I system support for infrastructure related issues and the management of Application Services. Provide best effort support for end user support issues after hours and weekends.
Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and problems, and monitor and evaluate overall system performance and day-to-day system activity on servers.
Support ATB's Enterprise File Transfer Tool (SFTP). This includes file exchange failure support, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Analyze production events, generated via Phone requests, System generated, or via SN Incidents, and take timely action based on documented procedures.
Adhere to ATB operational processes: Follow support guidelines and runbook procedures. Raise Service Now incident tickets where applicable.
Skills, experience & requirements Flexibility to perform shift work, after hours, evenings, overnight, and weekend support in a 365/24/7 environment, on a rotational basis.
ITIL v4 fundamentals knowledge
Experience with the below is beneficial:
+ SAP and SAP BASIS
+ Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, AIX)
+ Database (DB2, SQL, Suse, HANA)
+ Networking
+ Active Directory
+ Monitoring (Splunk, Solarwinds, Redwood, Solution Manager)
+ Secure File Transfer Protocol A degree or diploma in computer science with some relevant experience is
Preferred.
Personal accountability, self-motivation and a commitment to deliver customer service excellence are must-haves.
