We are seeking an accomplished Technical Lead to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development, with a focus on architecting and building robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding the development team, solving complex technical challenges, driving excellence in software engineering practices, actively contributing through code development, and fostering a collaborative environment through code reviews and assisting team members.

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Provide day-to-day technical leadership and oversight for delivery teams

. Understand and navigate complex applications and system integrations

. Identify and address gaps in existing solutions, guiding the team to resolution

. Support and enforce technical best practices (documentation, peer review, due diligence, auditability)

. Collaborate closely with developers, DBAs, BAs, and other technologists to ensure solution integrity

. Contribute to troubleshooting and incident triage as a technical escalation point

. Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including clients and internal management

. Foster accountability, technical quality, and continuous improvement across the team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

. Minimum 15 years of IT/technical experience

. Background in hands-on technical roles (e.g., developer, DBA, systems analyst)

. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

. Experience managing or mentoring technical teams (tactical leadership, not administrative)

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in client-facing discussions

. Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical environments and provide steady guidance
