Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collab-orative and innovative environment. Demonstrate best practices in coding, design principles, and technical decision-making. Participate in coding sessions and design reviews to set standards. Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are complet-ed on time and within budget. Architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions that meet business requirements. Ensuring the codebase is maintainable, efficient, and adheres to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Establish coding guidelines and standards for the team to fol-low. Identifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project pro-gression. Implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate technical concepts effectively. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning Experience with Tungsten Total Agility (Formerly Kofax), preferably version 7.11 or higher, or similar Docu-ment Management platforms. Experience with Document Management and Intelligent Document Processing 7 years in software development with hands-on coding and solution design. 2 years in a leadership role guiding teams and making strategic technical decisions. Proven track record in managing technical projects from planning to delivery, including estimates and budgets. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and automation tools.
Skill requirements:

Proficiency in lan-guages such as . Experience with Windows OS Knowledge of database design, SQL, and NoSQL da-tabase. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable system architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Ability to lead and mentor a team of de-velopers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Strong decision-making skills, es-pecially in technical and project-related matters. Ability to communicate technical concepts effec-tively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong skills in documenting technical solutions and project progress. Nice to have knowledge of Java, Python, C, JavaScript, or UNIX Experience with Tungsten Total Agility (Formerly Kofax) or similar Document Management platforms is required for the person to excel in this role. This is a hybrid role with flexible onsite expectations, typically up to 5 days per week.
