Join our team as an Enterprise Applications Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. You\'ll be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and operations of new and existing applications, working closely with internal teams and external partners. If you\'re experienced in managing an extensive breadth of applications and have a proven ability to lead technical teams, we\'d love to hear from you.

What You Get to Do:

  • Oversee and facilitate third-party vendors, service implementers, and service providers to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Ensure service providers adhere to proper ITIL management policies and procedures.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Influence and execute the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) strategy.
  • Define project technical requirements, build business cases, and participate in the selection of service implementers/providers.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure code quality meets minimum requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead and guide interrelated application implementation and operational activities.
  • Define and enforce coding, error, and application monitoring standards.
  • Escalate project risks and vendor concerns to IT and Business leadership.
  • Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization.
  • Monitor project progress and provide technical release consultation.
  • Assist the team in troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance development capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support and implementation of enterprise applications
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of overall IT architecture
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terms to non-IT stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
