About the Role!

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Interviewer

to conduct software engineer interviews on a flexible, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid software development background with hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development, and a strong interest in evaluating technical talent.


In this role, you'll assess candidates' coding abilities, system design skills, and problem-solving approach. Your insights will play a key role in helping us identify and hire exceptional engineers. Training will be provided to align our expectations of the technical interview process.


This is a Remote contract position (South America) with flexible hours.

You will

Conduct structured technical interviews for backend and full stack engineering roles. Evaluate candidates' skills in coding, system design, and architectural thinking. Deliver clear, structured feedback and candidate evaluation reports. Help ensure an objective, consistent, and inclusive candidate experience.

You have

Proven experience as a Backend or Full Stack Software Engineer. Strong command of modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go etc.). Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design. Experience conducting interviews. Great communication skills and a fair, analytical evaluation style. Fluency in English -- both spoken and written -- is required. Ability to commit up to 5 hours per week with reliable availability.
