We have an exciting opportunity in our Operations Training Centre Department, we are currently hiring a Techical Instructor to join our Team!

What You Will Do


--------------------




You are responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs that support all activities related to the rail vehicle fleet, surface fleet, and subway/surface infrastructure systems. This includes designing curriculum, conducting classroom and practical instruction, assessing learner performance, and certifying employees to ensure they meet required qualifications.

The role prepares and maintains training materials, documentation, and reports, while ensuring adequate resources are available to meet operational training needs. It also conducts research such as needs analyses, surveys, and reviews of policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to inform program development.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and legislation, overseeing and monitoring training activities, establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and support to advance initiatives, and performing ongoing quality assurance to maintain training standards.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
