Full Time, EmployedResponsibilities:
Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments. Deliver internal training programs. Manage EASA Training Syllabus and Materials for a wide range of regulatory and technical trainings. Coordinate with QA team to manage the implementation and follow-up of training activities. Manage training sessions based on departmental or regulatory needs. Qualified Instructor in Safety Management Systems (SMS) Holder of a Train the Trainer Certificate and B1/B2 EASA License essential Strong experience with and good knowledge of European Aerospace regulations French and English required (written and spoken) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) * Strong presentation and training delivery skills
