Le titulaire est la principale ressource technique pour le service clientele et les ventes apres-vente de Hibon, apportant son soutien aux gestionnaires de vente et aux equipes de service client pour les questions techniques durant les phases de devis et de pre-commande. Ce role exige une interaction directe avec divers clients, tels que les revendeurs et les OEM, pour resoudre les problemes techniques apres-vente. Agissant comme intermediaire entre les clients, les ventes et les operations, le titulaire coordonne egalement les travaux de service, gere les reclamations de garantie et prend en charge le processus de retour de marchandise autorise (RMA).)


Horaire de travail :

40 heures/semaine du lundi au vendredi.



Fonctions essentielles :




Service:




Creer des RMA, des factures commerciales et des BOL selon les besoins pour les retours. Generer des ordres de travail pour les travaux de service, les interventions sur site et les configurations. Fournir des devis pour les reparations et les interventions sur site aux clients. Suivre avec les clients pour obtenir des bons de commande. Traiter les bons de commande et les factures dans OM. Liberer les commandes pour expedition et coordonner avec le service d'expedition. Communiquer les priorites aux operations. Gerer toutes les reclamations sous garantie, y compris les approbations, les FAR et les plans de correction. Offrir un support technique aux techniciens de Hibon, aux clients et aux centres de service.

Gestion des commandes :




Faire des devis pour diverses demandes des clients. Saisir les bons de commande et generer des accuses de reception de commande, etc. Mettre a jour le fichier de suivi quotidien et coordonner l'allocation des soufflantes avec les representants commerciaux, en particulier lors de penuries. Liberer les commandes pour expedition et coordonner avec le service d'expedition. Entrer les dates de reception prevues pour les pieces et equipements en rupture de stock. Identifier les commandes qui ne seront pas expediees dans le mois et ajuster les dates en consequence. Assurer la suppleance de Paul pendant ses vacances et apporter un soutien supplementaire selon les besoins. Soutenir les OEM plus importants et plus complexes (par exemple, Vactor, Supervac, Brandt) sur le marche des camions.

Support technique :




Repondre aux questions generales liees aux commandes. Aider aux demarrages et aux operations hors site des soufflantes, y compris les procedures de maintenance et le depannage. Identifier les options de remplacement pour les soufflantes discontinuees et communiquer les modifications requises aux clients. Effectuer la selection des courroies et poulies. Selectionner les performances des soufflantes en fonction des exigences revisees des clients. Apporter un soutien a Fraserwoods pour les problemes occasionnels lies a Oracle ou aux defaillances des soufflantes.

Devis industriel :




Aider a la realisation de devis pour des ensembles standards industriels (SFB et MSC) : + Selectionner les soufflantes.
+ Choisir les accessoires.
+ Completer les demandes de devis (RFQ).

Divers :




Remplir d'autres responsabilites assignees ou requises.

Qualifications :




Experience relative aux soufflantes/equipements rotatifs. Un DEC en technologie du genie mecanique est un atout. Un minimum de 5 ans d'experience en mecanique. Doit posseder de bonnes competences en presentation et en interaction avec les clients dans un contexte commercial par courriel, telephone et en personne.

Job Summary:




The incumbent is the main technical resource for Hibon's Customer Service and Aftermarket sales, supporting sales managers and customer service teams with technical inquiries during the quote and pre-order stages. The role requires direct engagement with various customers, such as resellers and OEMs, to resolve aftermarket technical issues. As a liaison between customers, Sales, and Operations, the role also involves coordinating service work, handling warranty claims, and managing the RMA process



Work schedule: 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday. This is full-time



Essential Functions:




Service:




Create RMA's, commercial invoices, and BOL as needed for returns. Generate work orders for service jobs, field jobs, and configurations. Provide quotes for repair and field jobs to customers. Follow up with customers to obtain purchase orders. Process purchase orders and invoices in OM. Pick release orders and coordinate with shipping. Communicate priorities to operations. Handle all warranty claims, including approvals, FAR, and correction plans. Offer technical support to Hibon technicians, customers, and service centers.

Order Management:




Quote various customer requests. Enter POs and generate order acknowledgments, etc. Update the daily backlog file and coordinate blower allocations with sales representatives, especially during shortages. Pick release orders and coordinate with shipping. Enter expected receipt dates for back-ordered parts and equipment. Identify orders that will not ship within the month and adjust dates as necessary. Provide backup for Paul during vacations and additional support as needed. Support large and more complex OEMs (e.g., Vactor, Supervac, Brandt) in the truck market.

Tech Support:




Answer general questions related to controls. Assist with offsite startups and operations of blowers, including maintenance procedures and troubleshooting. Identify replacement options for discontinued blowers and communicate required modifications to customers. Perform belt and pulley selections. Select blower performances based on revised customer requirements. Provide support to Fraserwoods for occasional issues related to Oracle or blower failures.

Industrial Quoting:




Assist with quoting for industrial standard packages (SFB & MSC): + Select blowers.
+ Choose accessories.
+ Complete RFQs.

Miscellaneous:




Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned or required.


Qualifications:




relative experience with blower/rotating equipment. DEC in Mechanical Engineering technology as an asset A minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience Must have good presentation skills and experience interfacing with customers in a commercial setting by email, phone and in person.
