Learn more about careers at Irving Shipbuilding: .Irving Shipbuilding Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Technical Information Requests (TIRs).This role exists to coordinate Technical Information Requests (TIRs) between ISI, the Subcontractor, Warship Designer, Canada, and vendors as required. Ensuring the end-to-end process runs smoothly and documents and information are made available in time for each stage of the design and build process. Coordination of TIRs is a role that exists in each of the enterprise organizations to support business critical, contractual scope. In addition to Technical Information, the role will also support requests for Government Furnished Equipment, Facility, Resource or Services from Canada to the CSC Program.This is a permanent full-time role based in Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. The primary language of work is English. Candidates who require accommodation during the selection process are invited to contact .Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Education: Relevant post-secondary qualification in area such as Data Management, Technology, Business Management.\xc2\xb7 Experience: A minimum of 12 months experience in a technical or service providing role.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management Toolset \xe2\x80\x93 Windchill or equivalent is desirable.\xc2\xb7 Process driven approach, high level of attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Coordination within a cross-functional environment.\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize work and meet weekly deadlines.All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Prepare and circulate agendas for weekly TIR delivery reviews.\xc2\xb7 Lead the established weekly TIR delivery reviews, focusing on tracking each TIR status and providing reports on progress.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the submission of all new TIRs, uploading documentation to the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) toolset \xe2\x80\x93 Windchill.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and further develop the relationship between key internal and external stakeholders who perform TIR coordination roles.\xc2\xb7 Adopt, maintain, and develop the existing TIR process.\xc2\xb7 Ensure and future Government Furnished Equipment, Facility, Resource or Service (GFE, GFF, GFR, GFS) Requests are coordinated in-line with contractual requirements.What We Offer:
