This hands-on role combines technical expertise with sales and client relationship management. As a Business Development Operative, you'll support growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and guiding the sales process--particularly in emerging markets. Your background in mineral processing and metallurgy will allow you to engage effectively with clients and understand their operational needs.
Success in this fast-paced role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions. You'll work closely with the Business Development Manager and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet each site's unique requirements.
