Who You Are:



You are a dynamic Technical Electrical Sales Representative with 2 + years' sales experience in the electrical control systems and automation sector to support our growing team. This role will draw upon your strong technical knowledge and business development skills. You will represent Turn-Key Controls in the market by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and by providing tailored solutions that help our customers succeed. You are an excellent communicator, and you are very detail oriented. You have extensive experience selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers. You love challenges and the opportunity to learn new things. You demonstrate initiative by actively seeking opportunities to support your team members once personal assignments are complete. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated individual with a passion for growing our business.

About the Role:



Develop new business opportunities for industrial control panels and automation solutions. Work directly with sales, engineering and project teams to determine the scope and deliver technical solutions. Review and interpret electrical drawings to provide relevant and accurate feedback to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across BC and the broader market. Prepare proposals, quotations, and product presentations to support sales/growth. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Attend and participate in sales meetings and provide status of ongoing orders. Provide incoming call coverage as required. Continually develop technical expertise of product knowledge. Assist and support other departments as required. All other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:



Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 2+ years of sales experience in the electrical/automation sector preferred. Strong technical understanding of control panels, electrical distribution, and automation systems. Familiarity with E-plan or equivalent electrical design software is a strong asset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within British Columbia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$121,820.69 per year
