  • The overall scope of this position is to assist non-technical areas of the business with technical inquiries that expand beyond the scope of a bug fix.
  • Some areas of responsibility include implementing new third-party tools, being the \xe2\x80\x98technical voice\xe2\x80\x99, analyzing and solutioning requests with the assistance of the Technical Business Analyst as needed, considering all downstream impacts as well as any other duties as requested/required.
  • This person would be client facing as needed and be the middleman between vendors and developers with Account Managers, Operational teams and/or clients as needed.
  • This person is a member of the team responsible for the end-to-end deployment of processes, tools, etc and will work to manage other areas of the globe as needed.
  • This team would test end to end solutions, manage testing process including test cases and coordinate with end users for testing as needed.
  • Change Champion.
  • This individual would report to the Leader of Technical Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain full end to end delivery of tasks to meet agreed upon delivery dates based on the request
  • The ability to evaluate what is being requested, solution to achieve the desired outcome, test to ensure that what was delivered was accurate and meets the needs
  • Document any new processes with a solid handover to Learning and Development.
  • Provide regular communication to all necessary stakeholders
  • Provide an outstanding and professional customer experience internally and externally
  • Be a subject matter expert on our systems to provide superior consultative support
  • Ability to use your technical skills and experience to oversee the deployment for different pillars within our business and engage with stakeholders to ensure buy in and adoption of the technology
Core Competencies
  • Good communicator - Able to facilitate meetings, ask good questions, listen well and absorb what is being said. Over communicating is essential.
  • Problem solving skills - Being able to express a shared understanding of a problem, possible solutions and determine the scope of the project. Think out of the box, be creative.
  • Critical Thinking skills \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for evaluating multiple options before helping the team settle on a solution. Consider stakeholders needs but also ask probing questions to understand the real purpose.
  • Documentation \xe2\x80\x93 ability to create clear and concise documentation including workflows
  • Analysis Skills \xe2\x80\x93 understand the downstream impact of change or a new solution and identify gaps.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer facing role
  • Technology minded person
  • Sabre GDS experience required. Amadeus a plus.
  • Online Booking Tool knowledge required. 5+ years for OBT specialist (Concur, Deem, WhereTo)
  • 3+ years Agentport experience required
  • Ability to use Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Visio also desired, but not required.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism working directly with internal clients, vendors and external clients as needed
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and work with new and unique applications
  • Works well in team and autonomous roles
  • Be organized and resourceful with excellent follow through
  • Have strong schedule management and strategic thinking skills.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $85,000 - $92,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
