Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and order information
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively in English
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
-Shipping and Receiving orders and sales
Requirements:
-Industry experience required
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is desirable
