We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in the Scaffolding / Temporary Structures Industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technical sales, and the ability to effectively engage with customers.
Duties
Conduct market research to identify potential clients / projects and understand industry trends.
Evaluate Customer requirements / Request for Tenders / Bids / Quotation Documents and Follow-up procedures.
Initiate contact with prospective customers through networking efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Present our products and services effectively to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
Proficient in English is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.
Computer Literate with a proficiency in Excel / Word.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts in the Forming and Shoring sector and the ability to understand complex projects / products.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and contribute to team success.
