Contribute to the overall success of the Performance Management team in Global Finance & Risk Technology ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

In this role you will:

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Performs the development, testing, and implementation of new systems / integrations, system enhancements, and sources or uses of management information systems. Leads the support of system operations, production, administration, and maintenance for assigned Technology Finance systems. Acts as a partner in driving process improvement and reporting capabilities across Technology Finance using automation and leveraging available data/systems. Oversees the efficient and accurate delivery of data processing and data management support for Technology Finance applications, while ensuring the efficient and timely generation of accurate reporting and documentation. Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

Minimum of 3+ years related experience in systems development and systems administration, including experience managing analytical and operational processes, or project management 3+ development experience in SSIS, MS SQL Server SSRS. 2+ development experience in net programming/ VBA. Undergraduate degree in information technology/systems, business administration, computer science, finance, or related field API development
