Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts and acquire new customers. Meet and exceeds sales goals.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, manage service calls, ensuring customer problems are addressed and resolved and ensuring timely service to all customers.
Participate in training technical and clinical staff in hospitals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, service and product development to align account strategies with company objectives.
Support product deliveries and commissioning (handling up to 50 lbs)
Follow-up with the customer from the initial request to the completed repair, ensuring customer satisfaction
Repair products at customer sites
Maintain documentation for all service cases or service requests
Monitor and analyze parts and demo inventory
Perform all other related tasks
