Technical and Logistics Support

Duration: 12 Months
Introduction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably with hardware experience
• Experience in logistics support, including the management of shipments and inventory
• Proficiency in AR/VR technology
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
• Experience working in a research and development environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management
• Provide technical support for AR devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Create and maintain user support documentation
• Manage the device loan library and ensure proper tracking and maintenance
• Prepare and ship packages domestically and internationally, adhering to safety regulations
• Assist with testing and validation of new AR devices
