Technical Analyst

on the Application Support Team in our Richardson Building located in Winnipeg. As a member of the Application Support Team, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and documentation of Richardson delivered applications.

Responsibilities

Providing troubleshooting and issue resolution by diagnosing user-reported application problems, identifying root causes, applying fixes, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Assisting users with application usage by offering guidance, answering questions, and helping them understand best practices . Documenting incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system, keeping clear records of actions taken, and communicating updates to users and team members.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or in a related technical support role Strong proficiency in MS Office, with an interest in business workflows and systems Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
