Your Role




Manage multiple public email inboxes based on business needs. Process discrepancies/back-office issues and unsettled trades before market opening. Analyze, balance, and reconcile accounts and positions. Enter accounting data accurately. Respond to more than 100 daily requests across all business lines. Assist and collaborate with FBN investment advisors, NBIN firms, discount brokerage representatives, and various teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Market Operations sector

, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team reporting to the

Director, Trading Desk

. The team oversees trading platforms and workflows for

FBN, GP1859, NBIN, NBDB, and GED/Institutional

, working closely with traders in

Montreal and Toronto

. We are hiring to

strengthen real-time support, execution quality, and operational resilience

in a context of

increasing volumes and modernization projects

for trading tools.

transactional systems

various partners, compliance, and operations departments

Requirements




College diploma or bachelor's degree in finance or business administration. Experience in market operations and trading support (equities/options). Knowledge of internal platforms and environments

NBIN, NBDB, FBN

(asset). Proficiency with

IMOST/SOMA, Excel, T80

, and ability to manage multiple operational email inboxes. Ability to handle high volumes (>100 requests/day) with accuracy. Ability to work under pressure. Bilingual (French/English). Strong client service orientation.
