Responsibilities
Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions
Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
Develop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges
Minimum QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction engineering
Expert knowledge of Autodesk Infrastructure products in a production environment
Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative design
5 - 6 years Civil & Construction or related field experience
External public speaking/presentation Skills
Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and XXX required, any other additional European language
Desired Skills:
Strong communicator and able to build relationship at all levels, taking initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
Additional knowledge of Autodesk BIM and ACC products is beneficial
Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding clients
Experience with Virtual Reality implementation
Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team

Position Overview
Autodesk Customer Technical Success (CTS) is looking for highly motivated trusted advisors to help our Enterprise Customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. If you have a proven customer focused approach to building strong relationships with Enterprise Customers, you might be just who we need to help drive our Customer Success Plans. We are looking for a professional with Civil Infrastructure experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
This person will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts across AMER. You will join the CTS group within Customer Success - a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. The CTS group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of Autodesk solutions.
ResponsibilitiesInnovating, developing and delivering packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, activities including customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings and executing activities in customer success plans
Demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve goals identified in Customer Success Plans
Technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics
Taking a problem management approach, find opportunities for improvement initiatives
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in related field
Advanced knowledge of Civil Infrastructure industry needs and workflows
Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3d and related add-ins and workflows
Additional knowledge of BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, Infraworks, ReCap, Navisworks, 3DS Max or 3rd party infrastructure software solutions valued
Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels

Etablissement et maintien de relations de travail avec les clients en tant que conseiller ou conseillere technique de confiance, dont les activites incluront des interactions avec les clients, des reunions regulieres de planification d'equipe pour les comptes internes ainsi que l'execution d'activites dans le cadre des plans de reussite des clients
Offre d'un leadership eclaire et d'une expertise produit, pour aider les clients a atteindre les objectifs definis dans leurs plans de reussite
Assistance technique et recommandations aux entreprises clients selon l'analyse des donnees
Adoption d'une approche de gestion des problemes, recherche d'initiatives de possibilites d'amelioration
Exigences minimalesUn baccalaureat ou une experience equivalente
Au moins cinq ans d'experience dans un domaine connexe
Connaissances avancees des besoins et des flux de travail du secteur des infrastructures civiles
Connaissance de niveau expert d'Autodesk Civil 3D et des complements et flux de travail qui y sont associes
Connaissances supplementaires de BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, Infraworks, Recap, Navisworks, 3ds Max ou des solutions logicielles d'infrastructure tierces
Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets a la fois en etablissant correctement les priorites
