We are seeking a Technical Clients Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our clients in technically focused sectors. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality. The successful candidate will combine strong account management skills with a solid technical background to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for all technical and business communications.
Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and
growth.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand our solutions and services within
existing accounts.
o Technical Solution Management
Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
from portfolio.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop proposals, quotations, and project
scopes.
Present technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-
technical stakeholders.
Serve as the technical lead during pre-sales discussions, ensuring the proposed
solutions meet customer specifications and production environments.
Interact with clients under the guidance of the sales team to support sales lead
efforts.
o Project and Account Coordination
Oversee the delivery of solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and
specifications.
Participate on project status and technical discussions with internal team and
provide schedule, status update to clients.
Monitor project progress, coordinate issue resolution, and manage escalations when
needed.
Work with cross-functional teams to align delivery schedules and quality standards.
o Business Development Support
Assist the sales team in identifying new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Support trade shows, client demos, and marketing activities.
Provide client feedback to guide product and service improvements.
Qualifications
o Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related
field.
3-5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (account management,
applications engineering, or technical sales).
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, test automation, or system
integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
o Preferred:
Experience with in-circuit testing (ICT), functional test systems, industrial test
solutions.
Familiarity with process automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
Previous experience in a B2B industrial or high-tech environment.
