Role You are a dynamic individual who will be part of an exciting team that engineers a new generation of high speed, automated manufacturing equipment. You take the accountability for achieving sales and delivery targets and ensure that the business performs on key success criteria including, but not limited to, sales and delivery growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will act as an ambassador for Pack-Smart and provide perspective on decisions impacting outcomes within the market. Responsibilities:

• Discover new business opportunities and partner with the business leaders to highlight any commercial opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and operational priorities.
• Promote Pack-Smart brand through market-building events and activities
• Analyze market and performance data to provide required reporting
• Create and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Identify customer requirements, engineering adaptations and provide technical and engineering information of products, equipment, and services.

Requirements:

• A degree/diploma in engineering field.
• Experience in B2B sales in a manufacturing environment, with automated machinery is a plus
• Excellent technical and communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and affinity for creating extraordinary customer journeys
• Ability to travel
