We're looking for a
Technical Account Manager
to build strong client relationships, manage accounts, and drive sales growth across the Canadian market.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets.
Use
Zoho CRM
(or similar tools) to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Lead technical sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
Provide guidance within the sales team, mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Continuously analyze customer feedback and market data to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Experience & Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, SaaS sales, or eCommerce sales.
Strong abilities in collaborative sales, account management, negotiation, and leadership.
Proficiency in
Zoho CRM
(or equivalent) for client relationship management and tracking.
Analytical mindset for identifying market trends and customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
Must reside in Canada.
Employment Type
Full-Time, Permanent Employment
100% remote - work from anywhere in Canada.
Occasional client meetings (virtual or in-person) may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$40,000 - $60,000 CAD per year (based on experience).
Commission:
Eligible for
2.5% to 5%
commission on retainer and maintenance agreements secured during account management.
Commission continues as long as you manage the client's account.
