Our Client is seeking an IMT Technical Business Analyst to provide information management & technical support, coordination and engagement of stakeholders, and meeting project and service deliverables within CCS supported environments. Close collaboration with business areas and IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning and transitioning of content and migration services is required.



The IMT Technical Business Analyst will review and understand departmental and corporate policies, business rules, data requirements and supporting system processes and ensure that objectives, timelines and deliverables are in alignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities spanning all levels of the organization, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A proven ability to function on an individual basis and in a team environment is essential.




While this role is remote, successful candidate must work during regular business hours (Alberta time). Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues and must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT, and content management environments. (5+ years) Experience as a project coordinator leading technical teams in multiple implementation and execution of information technology projects in a large and complex environment. (5+ years) Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (5+ years) Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across departments. (5+ years) Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements with varying enterprise content management systems. (5+ years)

Nice To Have Skills

Experience in analyzing process maps, descriptions, and data flow diagrams of complex business processes to understand records that are produced. (4+ years) Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.) that adhere to legislative, legal and audit requirements for content management systems. (4+ years) Experience using and supporting ShareGate. (4+ years) Experience working on projects with changing priorities, timelines, or requirements. (4+ years)
