Chicha San Chen is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Tearista to join our team. As a Tearista, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience--crafting premium teas, engaging warmly with guests, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and care our brand is known for. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of teas and beverages according to Chicha San Chen's recipes and quality standards Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly engagement and thoughtful recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area in line with health and safety regulations Support inventory management by assist with lifting and moving heavy boxes to and from the inventory room when needed Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions, maintaining a balanced register

Qualifications

Fluent in English (required) Mandarin language skills are a plus Previous experience in food & beverage is an asset, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to details and commitment to quality Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Candidates must also be able to lift and carry boxes weighing over 15kg?
