Chatime is one of the largest and farthest-reaching bubble tea chain brands globally, offering innovative tea beverages with over 1000 locations worldwide in 30 countries.

Store Location:

SCARBOROUGH TOWN CENTRE- 300 Borough Dr, Scarborough, ON M1P 4P5

Responsibilities:

Craft beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash Interact with customers in positive and friendly manner, and use effective problem solving to resolve customer concerns Maintain inventory by replenishing products and supplies when needed Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure a consistently clean and well-maintained store, including all front and back areas Adhere to the cleaning procedures and operating checklists

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and ability to confidently interact with customers Excellent communication skills (English) Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment Ability to remain self-motivated, organized, and calm under fast-paced pressure Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Ability to understand, follow, and adhere to procedures Ability to work in a team and autonomously Experience as a team lead or overseeing staff responsibilities and store operations (bonus!)

Those who apply must be available to work some morning/evening/closing shifts and weekends (until 10:30pm)
