Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks with precision and consistency, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations Create visually appealing tea presentations that align with brand aesthetics Assist in training new team members on proper preparation techniques and customer service protocols Uphold a friendly, professional demeanor at all times, fostering a welcoming environment for guests

Requirements

Passion for tea culture and beverage artistry with a keen eye for detail Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele Strong communication skills to effectively educate customers about products Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards Prior experience in food or beverage service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed A positive attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
