Our desired candidate should be focused on growing professionally; great with staff, loves dealing with customers, coachable, dedicated to tasks, and committed to goals. As a leader you must be able to multi-task and handle responsibilities that are not limited to but would include the following: -Operational Planning -Training, coaching, developing your team -Client Management -Site inspections/Quality Control -Project Co-ordination -Coordinating teams, assignments, and scheduling -Reporting and Administrative duties -Cleaning duties as necessary Qualifications and Education: -Customer Service/Services based background desirable -Must have strong grasp of excel, word, pp, and various software programs -Hospitality background highly desirable -Preferably 2-5 years in a team lead/management role -Have completed all or some college/university courses *Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license If you believe you are a fit for this role please send your cover letter and resume over...NOW!
