Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shifts of 5-6 team members with confidence and consistency Execute opening and closing procedures to a high standard Train, coach, and mentor junior staff with patience and empathy Anticipate challenges during service and solve problems proactively Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Oversee kitchen operations, including equipment checks and general maintenance Interact with guests in a warm, articulate, and friendly manner Support management with ongoing improvements and operational consistency

Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
(Pizza experience is an asset but not required -- we will teach you our systems.)

Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a desire to be part of a growing team Interest in

advancing your career

in restaurant management Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Fluent in English (spoken and written) Food Safe Level 1 and Occupational First Aid preferred, but not required
