As a key member of the team, the
Team Member Experience Coordinator, Campus
plays a vital role in supporting both Retirement and Long-Term Care operations. This position delivers hands-on Human Resources support through the entire employee lifecycle -- from recruitment/onboarding to performance management, engagement, and offboarding. The TMEC ensures smooth HR service delivery and helps foster a culture aligned with our organization's values of Act Positively, Be Accountable, Create Community, and Demonstrate Caring.

, you'll serve as a trusted resource for frontline teams and leadership, ensuring HR excellence every step of the way.

What you will be doing:
Act as orientation lead for the community & coordinate the Orientation Program
Complete the new hire paperwork and assign training to ensure compliance
Create and maintain up-to-date team member records
Track performance review processes
Provide guidance and assistance with employee relations - performance management and investigations
Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support in resolving employee relations/investigations
Support in the creation and execution of employee engagement plans, townhalls meetings, and deployment of additional HR programs
WSIB Claims management, and Early & Safe Return to Work Programs and non-occupational leave of absences
Ensure Collective Agreements are followed, track, manage, and assist grievances
Conduct exist survey for front line team members
Who you are:
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience
You have completed post-secondary education in HR or equivalent
If you have your CHRP designation that would be an asset
It would be great if you had some experience working in a Health Care setting
You thrive managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
