We are seeking a hard working, reliable candidate for our Team Member position. This candidate is expected to have a professional attitude, be respectful towards clients, be dependable and work in all weather conditions. Ideal candidate would possess a clean driving record and have full G license.

Responsibilities

Potentially drive truck with 20' trailer to pick up products and deliver to client. Job duties include grass cutting & trimming, hedge trimming, mulch installation, sod installation, leaf clean up, snow removal and other outdoor maintenance duties as required. Meet and maintain quality standards set by company and client expectations. Maintain equipment and tools used by the crew, ensuring they are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with crew leader to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred. Ability to build effective relationships with team members and clients alike. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
