Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will be involved in various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and serving, all aimed at creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions responsibly while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is beneficial. Pay: $17.85-$19.50 per hour
